Delicious mushrooms with garlic in a skillet: cooked for 15 minutes

Mushrooms are often used for pickling. But this preparation takes time. If you don't have a lot of time, a great option is to simply fry the mushrooms. It will take you no more than 15 minutes.
The idea of cooking fried champignons with onions and garlic was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx). It is delicious to serve with boiled potatoes or buckwheat.
Recipe for fried champignons in a skillet

Ingredients:
- small peeled mushrooms – 400 g
- onion – 120 g
- butter +15 g of oil – 30 g
- lemon juice – 2 tsp.
- wine or apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp.
- garlic – 6-7 cloves
- salt, pepper, thyme, a bunch of dill
Method of preparation:
Put the mushrooms in a frying pan

1. Heat a frying pan over high heat.
2. Pour in the oil and add the peeled mushrooms.
3. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add onion and garlic

4. Add the onion in half rings, a piece of butter, and chopped garlic – you need to add a lot of it for better flavor.
5. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
6. Reduce the heat to medium.

7. Add lemon juice and wine or apple cider vinegar.
8. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Adding spices

9. Add spices at the end: salt, pepper, a little thyme.
10. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

11. When ready, add dill, stir and serve.
