Ingredients:
- bread
- herring
- beetroot
- garlic
- onion
- mayonnaise
- mustard in grains
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the bread in a frying pan until lightly browned.

2. Grate the boiled or baked beets, add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and add mayonnaise, mix and put on the bread slices.

3. Cut the onion into rings, put it on the beets, and top with a piece of herring. Add mustard seeds on top.
Garnish with herbs if desired!
