Glazed curd snacks are one of the favorite desserts of both children and adults. However, store-bought ones often contain a lot of harmful preservatives and dyes. In addition, the chocolate is not of very high quality. That's why it's best to make them at home.

The idea of making homemade glazed curd snacks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Panasiuk (viktoria.panasiuk). The technology is very simple and does not take much time.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of 9% cottage cheese
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 60 g of 82% butter
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 100 g boiled condensed milk

Ingredients for the glaze:

  • 200 g milk chocolate (you can add 50 g dark chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp. refined vegetable oil

1. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and soft butter to the cottage cheese.

2. Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth and transfer to a pastry bag without a nozzle.

3. Using cling film, form the curds and roll them tightly. The weight of one curd is 80 g. This amount of ingredients makes 8 curds.

4. Put the curds in the freezer for 2-2.5 hours.

5. Mix the chocolate with vegetable oil and melt in the microwave or on a steam bath.

6. Take the curds out of the freezer one by one, unwrap them, and dip them in chocolate. Do this quickly so that the glaze is spread thinly.

7. Tap to drain off the excess chocolate, and when the curd becomes matte, transfer it to parchment.

8. During the glazing process, the chocolate needs to be warmed up a little.

9. Put the snacks in the refrigerator to defrost completely for about 1-1.5 hours.

10. They can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 1.5 months.
