Cutlets in a new way: what to add to the dish for an original taste
Almost everyone loves and knows how to make homemade cutlets. All you need to do is make good minced meat from any meat. Spices, onions, and mushrooms will give them an original flavor.
Cook Olena shared a recipe for cutlets with mushrooms on Instagram, which are very simple to prepare but taste better than the classic version.
Ingredients:
- Fillet – 3 pcs.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Bread – 5 slices
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Mushrooms – 600 g
- Salt, pepper, seasoning for cutlets
- Vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them with the onion until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Blend the fillet in a blender, add the raw onion, and blend again.
3. Soak the bread crumb in milk, squeeze it out, and add it to the minced meat, mix, then add the egg, onion, and spices.
4. Moisten your hands with water, put a spoonful of minced meat in the palm of your hand, flatten and put the mushroom filling, gently roll up and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
5. Put the finished cutlets in a saucepan, add a little water, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
