Method of preparation:

1. Mix the eggs and sugar with a whisk.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a whisk until smooth.

3. Pour half a cup of batter and microwave.

4. If there is a "cupcake" mode, turn it on and bake for 4 minutes, but the baking time depends on the power of your microwave. You can check the readiness with a toothpick. It should be dry. The main thing is not to overcook it.

5. You can decorate to taste: fruits, nuts, dried fruits, powdered sugar, etc.
