Cult "Potato" cake: you need only 4 ingredients

"Potato" cakes are a win-win dessert that will never leave guests indifferent. More than one generation knows about this dish. There are many interpretations of cooking, but most often a classic version is prepared, which requires only 4 ingredients.

The idea of making "Potato" cakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana with the nickname tanusha_home.

Ingredients:

• biscuits – 200 g
• boiled condensed milk – 250 g
• butter – 50 g
• cocoa – 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation:

1. Blend the cookies in a blender into fine crumbs. You can put them in a bag and go over them with a chop hammer or a regular rolling pin. Set aside 3 tbsp separately.

2. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance. It should be soft.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the cookies (without the three tablespoons), condensed milk, butter and cocoa. Mix thoroughly. You should get a thick mass.

4. Next, we shape our cakes as we wish. They can be classic elongated, or round, or cone-shaped.

5. Roll each cake in the crumbs of the cookies that you have set aside. Decorate as desired.

5. Put them in the refrigerator. The cakes will be ready in 2-3 hours.
