Ingredients:
- 225 g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 145 grams of butter
- 3 tbsp. ice water
- 2-3 medium sized peaches
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- egg yolk for greasing

1. Add sugar and salt to the flour and mix.
2. Dip cold butter in flour and rub it in.

3. Grind into crumbs and add water.
4. Knead the dough, wrap in clingfilm and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

5. Thinly slice peaches into plates.
6. Place the cold dough on parchment and roll out to a diameter of 30-32 cm.

7. Place peaches on top of the dough.
8. Mix sugar and starch and sprinkle over peaches.

9. Wrap the sides and brush with egg yolk.
10. Sprinkle with sugar or nut flakes if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until golden, about 35-40 minutes.
