Crab salad with kiwi: a delicious dish for a festive table

Crab sticks can be used to make delicious appetizers, salads, and spreads. It is worth noting that crab sticks go well with fresh cucumbers, cheese, and even kiwi.

Chef Alex shared a recipe for a delicious salad of crab sticks, kiwi, and corn on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• crab sticks - 250 g
• boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
• corn - 150 g
• kiwi - 150 g
• cucumbers - 120 g
• mayonnaise - 70-100 g
• salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Cut crab sticks, cucumbers and kiwi. Grate eggs.

2. Assemble the salad in layers: put grated boiled eggs, mayonnaise, corn, cucumbers, mayonnaise, crab sticks, mayonnaise on the bottom and kiwi on top.
