Crab salad in a new way: how to serve a popular appetizer

You can simply mix all the ingredients for the crab salad and put it on the table right away. But a much more interesting option would be to make balls. They look like Christmas decorations.

The idea of making crab salad in the form of balls was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna with the nickname halyna_nemesh. You can sprinkle herbs on top.

Ingredients:

• crab sticks - 200 g
• eggs - 3 pcs
• hard cheese - 100 g
• processed cheese - 100 g
• mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons
• garlic - 1 clove
• dill
• green onions

Method of preparation:

1. Boil eggs, peel them, and chop them with a fork.

2. Add grated processed cheese, hard cheese and crab sticks.

3. Add a clove of garlic and dill. Season with mayonnaise.

4. Form balls (with gloves on so they don't stick to your hands).

5. Garnish with green onions on top.
