Every popular salad can be adapted for the season. And crab salad is no exception. In winter, it is often made with rice. And in the spring it is delicious to add lots of seasonal greens, light cheese and vegetables.
The idea for this spring crab salad is posted on food blogger Odarka's Instagram page with the nickname zirkananana. It comes out delicious if you chop all the ingredients very finely.
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 250 g
- cucumber - 1 pc (large)
- eggs - 3 pcs
- corn - 0,5 jar
- mozzarella - 100 g
- green onions and dill
- mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and peel the eggs.
2. Finely chop cucumber, cheese, crab sticks, and eggs.
3. Add corn.
4. Shred the greens.
5. Add mayonnaise.
6. Stir everything up.
