Courgette stuffed cabbage: a recipe for a delicious and easy dish for dinner

Stuffed cabbage is a very tasty and hearty dish that every hostess knows how to cook. In the classic version, they are cooked with cabbage, but it can be replaced with light courgettes. For the stuffing you can use the same products as for the preparation of classic stuffed cabbage.

TV host Valentyna Khamayko shared on YouTube a recipe for delicious courgette stuffed cabbage with rice and minced meat, which are prepared faster and easier than with cabbage.

Ingredients:

• courgettes- 2-3 pcs.
• rice - 0.5 tbsp.

• minced meat - 200 g
• onion - 2 pcs.
• carrots - 1 pcs.
• tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
• sour cream - 2 tbsp.
• salt, pepper - to taste
• water - 100 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut courgettes into slices.

2. Grate the carrots, dice the onion and fry until half cooked. Add minced meat and fry until cooked. Add boiled rice to the cooked minced meat and mix.

3. Stuff courgettes, roll them up. Place in a mold.

4. Mix tomato paste, sugar, sour cream, salt, pour over courgettes and stew until ready.

It will be delicious both cold and hot, with sour cream and herbs!
