Condensed milk tubes cake without baking and dough: the recipe for the most delicious and fastest dessert

Homemade cakes can be made without dough, replacing it with cookies, pancakes, corn sticks, and jelly. For the cream, you can use sour cream, condensed milk, or butter.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious no-bake cake with condensed milk and nuts.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 3 pcs.
• sugar - 120 g
• salt - a pinch
• butter - 100 g
• milk - 100 ml
• flour - 200 g

For the cream:

• cream 33% - 200-250 ml
• boiled condensed milk - 3 tbsp.
• nuts for sprinkling on top

Method of preparation:

1. Cakes: beat the eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy, thick light yellow mass. Add the melted butter (not hot, at room temperature), milk, and flour. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

2. Pour a few spoonfuls of batter into a dry frying pan and spread evenly with a silicone spatula. Fry over low heat on both sides until cooked through.

3. For the cream: whip the cream until peaky, add the boiled condensed milk, and whip again.

4. Spread the cream over each cake layer, sprinkle with nuts, and top with nuts. Put the cake in the fridge overnight (or at least for 5-6 hours).
