Chocolate puff pastry cookies: cook for 10 minutes

Homemade cookies are the best treat for tea. They can be made from shortcrust pastry or from ready-made puff pastry. For the filling, you can use chocolate, nutella, berries, and fruit.

Cook Polina shared a recipe for crispy puff pastry cookies with chocolate on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• puff pastry yeast dough
• chocolate paste/chocolate
• egg yolk

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the dough and roll it out a little.

2. Spread one half with chocolate paste and cover with the other half.

3. Use cookie cutters to shape the cookies.

4. Transfer the parchment and brush the cookies with egg yolk.

5. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes at 190 C.

6. Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
