No-bake chocolate cake: cooks in 15 minutes
Who doesn't love delicious desserts, especially cakes with nuts, delicate cream and condensed milk? But you don't always have a lot of time to make, for example, a sponge cake or even a simple Charlotte. In this case, pancakes or pita bread and a tasty filling will do the trick.
Cook Polina (polli_cooking) shared a recipe for a delicious no-bake chocolate pancake cake with sour cream cream on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cocoa – 2 tbsp.
- flour – 200 g
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- oil – 70 ml
- milk – 150 ml
For the cream:
- sour cream – 300 ml
- vanilla sugar – 5 g
- Powdered sugar – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pancake batter: mix all dry ingredients, add eggs, oil, milk and mix until smooth.
2. Heat the frying pan well and fry the pancakes.
3. Cream: add vanilla sugar and powdered sugar to the sour cream and mix well.
4. Assemble the cake: grease each pancake with cream, top, and sides with cream as well. Put the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours and you can eat!
