Crispy popcorn is perfect for watching your favorite movie at home. But not the kind we're all used to, but chicken. For this dish, you will need pieces of regular fillet. It turns out to be a very appetizing and crispy snack that flies away in a matter of minutes.
Famous Ukrainian chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky (yaroslavskyi_vova) shared the idea of making chicken popcorn on Instagram. The breading can be replaced with regular flour.
Chicken fillet popcorn recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 130 g of spooned kefir
- 20 g of barbecue sauce
- smoked paprika, dry garlic, salt, pepper,
- a little Worcestershire sauce,
Ingredients for breading (you can replace it with regular flour):
- 100 g cornstarch
- 70 g of wheat flour
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- paprika, salt, pepper
- dry garlic and onion, curry or turmeric

1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes of about 2x2 cm.

2. Add spices, a little barbecue sauce, and a spoonful of yogurt.
3. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

4. Mix all the breading ingredients.
5. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the breading flour.

6. Put them either on a board or on a wire rack to dry (about 10 minutes).
7. Deep-fry the pancakes.
