Cheese sticks for a snack in 15 minutes

Puff pastry is an ideal product for making quick home-baked goods, among which a special place is occupied by crispy salty cheese sticks, which are prepared very simply and quickly.

Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy cheese sticks that are made from puff pastry.

Ingredients:

• puff pastry
• hard cheese
• egg
• sesame

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the dough, divide into two parts and roll out each part.

2. Sprinkle one piece of dough with grated cheese and cover with the other.

3. Slice and wrap the sticks.

4. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200C.

Serve with your favorite sauce!
