Cook Polina shared a recipe for a delicious cookie cake with custard on Instagram. The dessert is very flavorful.

Ingredients:

• milk – 1 liter
• coconut flakes – 80 g
• eggs – 1 pc.
• flour – 4 tbsp
• sugar – 4 tbsp
• biscuits – 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar, add flour, mix, and pour in milk.

2. Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, brew the cream until it is desolate. Remove from heat and add coconut flakes, mix well.

3. Pour milk over the cookies or you can just dip them in for a second and put them on the bottom of the mold. Spread the cream on top of the cookies and put another layer of cookies.

4. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for a few hours and you can taste it.
