Baked mackerel in the oven with spicy sauce for dinner: the fish will be soft and juicy

Mackerel is a very tasty, easy to prepare fish. It can be salted, marinated and baked. It will also make a delicious pate, spread.

Cook Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious spicy baked mackerel with a sauce made of sour cream, soy sauce and mustard.

Ingredients:

• mackerel - 1 pc.
• onion - 1 pc.
• salt, pepper - to taste

For sauce:

• sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
• mustard in grains - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash fish, clean and cut into pieces.

2. Place in a mold, top with onion sliced into rings, salt and pepper.

3. For the sauce: mix the sour cream, soy sauce, mustard and pour over the fish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
