An appetizer that confuses: bananas wrapped in bacon

You've definitely never had an appetizer like this before. It's based on sweet bananas wrapped in bacon. It's really a combination of sweet and salty that tastes really good.

The idea of cooking bananas in bacon was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ilona with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona. Bananas need to be marinated before wrapping.

Ingredients:

• bananas, slightly unripe - 2 pcs.

• bacon - 110 g
• Dorblu or brie cheese
• fresh chili - 1 pc.
• soy sauce - 2 tbsp
• lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the bananas into equal bacon-width slices.

2. Marinate them in soy sauce and chili.

3. Drizzle with lemon juice.

4. Wrap in bacon slices.

5. Secure with a skewer.

6. Fry in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy and carefully remove the skewer.

7. Put the Dorblu on top and garnish with chili slices.
