The idea of making budget potato zrazy was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna with the nickname ty4ka_ira. You need to make mashed potatoes from boiled vegetables.

Ingredients:

• 8-10 medium-sized potatoes

• 4 tbsp of flour
• 2 eggs
• 20 g of butter
• salt and spices - to taste
• oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

2. Mash, add butter and pepper and mix.

3. Leave to cool.

4. After cooling, add eggs and flour and mix well.

5. The mass will stick to your hands, so you should constantly dust your hands with flour.

6. Form zrazy.

7. Dip in flour and fry in a frying pan with butter until golden brown on both sides.
