- 150 g frozen cherries
- 400 g strawberries
- 1-1,5 litre of water
- sugar - to taste

1. Place the defrosted, frozen (with the juice) and fresh berries in the blender bowl and blend.

2. You can use any type of berry - fresh or frozen.
3. Pour the mixture over a sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.

4. Put the juice into the refrigerator, put the pulp into a saucepan and fill with water.
5. Add sugar to taste and place on the cooker. Bring the syrup to the boil for 2 to 3 minutes and strain through a sieve.
