A beet appetizer that everyone will love: it is very easy to prepare

Beets are not only tasty but also a very valuable and healthy vegetable that can be used to make first courses, salads, and snacks. The vegetable can also be pickled and added to sauerkraut.

Cook Ilona shared a recipe for a delicious appetizer of boiled beets with two types of cheese on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• boiled beets - 200 g
• feta cheese - 100 g
• Philadelphia cheese - 90 g
• capers
• salt and spices - to taste
• olive oil
• Dijon mustard

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beets, cut them into large cubes, and put them in a blender. Add cheese, capers, spices, and mustard and blend until smooth.
