This tasty salad was invented back in 1860 and is still popular today. It is worth noting that over time new ingredients were added to the salad, for example, instead of crayfish and grouse, sausage and chicken fillet were added, and the vegetables included boiled potatoes and carrots, eggs, and pickled cucumbers, green peas and onions. We dressed the salad with homemade mayonnaise, salt and onion.
