What the graves of the three main actresses of "Chasing Two Hares" look like

Three of the most prominent actresses of the 1961 Ukrainian legendary film Chasing Two Hares were buried almost side by side at the Baikove Cemetery, the most prominent cemetery in Ukraine. Marharyta Krynytsyna, Nonna Koperzhynska, and Natalia Naum set the tone for almost the entire film, and for Ukrainians and their families they became important people, so after their deaths they were honored not only in memories of their film work, but also in majestic monuments at the cemetery.

Their graves were shown on TikTok and demonstrated what kind of actresses they were in their youth. They were all buried next to their husbands.

Marharyta Krynytsyna

The actress played the role of Prona Prokopivna Sirkivna in "Chasing Two Hares". The monument at her grave was created in the form of a film. In one of the shots, Krynytsyna herself appeared with a wide, sincere smile.

Nonna Koperzhynska

She played the role of Sekleta Pylypivna Lymarisa. Two viburnum trees were planted at Koperzhynska's burial site, which visually frame the tombstone. The monument was also made special by having a pattern in the form of tree leaves stamped on it.

Natalia Naum

The actress played the role of Halia in the movie. She and her husband, Volodymyr Denysenko, had a tombstone made together. It was made in the form of a massive cross that people worship.

"To my taste, this is one of the most exquisite tombstones in the cemetery," the author of the video said.
