"This is not a war, this is terrorism": Stephen King reacts to the missile attack on Uman. Photo.

The whole world was shocked by the events in Uman

After the Russian missile attack on a high-rise building in the city of Uman on April 28, 2023, American writer Stephen King called the actions of the aggressor country in Ukraine not a war, but real terrorism. The artist noted that Putin continues to kill children, which is unacceptable in the modern world.

On his Twitter account, the celebrity posted a post dedicated to our country. As it became known, 23 people were killed in the missile attack in Uman, five of them children (two boys aged 1.5 and 16 and three girls aged 8, 11 and 14). This news shocked even the "King of Horrors" (to see the photo, scroll to the bottom of the page).

"Russia is killing more and more Ukrainian civilians, including children, with drone strikes. This is not a war. This is terrorism," wrote Stephen King. In a matter of hours, the celebrity's new tweet was seen by 1.3 million followers and shared by more than 7,000 netizens.

It should be noted that the writer often informs his audience about the crimes committed by the Kremlin regime. He openly condemns the war and calls the President of the Russian Federation a murderer. "We need to end this war and influence Putin", "It's impossible to read about the events in Ukraine without crying", people leave comments under the American's tweet.

Recall that the rescuers managed to identify 22 bodies, and another woman remains missing. 18 people were injured and 17 others were rescued. Psychologists of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 115 people.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the body of the famous Ukrainian rock musician Volodymyr Makarovskyi was found under the rubble in Uman. The man is a co-author of some of Jamala's songs. To find out more details - follow this link.
