The Ukrainian team has created a spectacular video opening for the historic Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Video

A team of Ukrainian artists worked on the opening of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2024, which took place the day before in New York. The brand returned to the show after a 6-year break, and this year it was historic – for the first time, transgender people became "angels."

The show was enchantingly opened with a video clip directed by Artem Shapirenko and shot by Mykyta Bereh. The intro showed the backstage of the event, as well as the K-pop star and member of the Blackpink band Lisa. The spectacular footage showed the singer riding a motorcycle through the city. Later, the artist went on stage and performed her hit song "Rockstar."

On their personal Instagram pages, Shapirenko and Bereh shared the process of creating the video. According to the artists, the filming in New York lasted 2 days.

As you know, the duo previously shot a video for American rappers Tyla Yaweh and Chris Brown for the song "City Of Dreams," which was released last fall. Shapirenko and Bereh are known for their work with 3D elements for the sports brand Puma, Ukrainian singer Alina Pash, Agnostic, Twenty One Pilots, etc.

As a reminder, despite the magical comeback and reassessment of values, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2024 has been criticized. In particular, the show was called the most boring show in the brand's history and a failure, and Russian Irina Shayk was among the invited "angels."
