The SBU has served a notice of suspicion to Taisiya Povaliy, who glorified the Russian occupiers and called on them to seize the whole of Ukraine

The Security Service of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion in absentia to traitorous singer Taisiya Povaliy, who called for the seizure of all of Ukraine, supports genocide, and finances Russia while performing in a terrorist country. She is accused of violating three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The SBU has collected evidence against the former MP, who justifies the actions of the criminal Russian regime. This was reported in the agency's Telegram.

The report says that on the eve of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the artist went to Moscow, where she received Russian citizenship on August 24, Ukraine's Independence Day, and publicly supported the war.

The traitor to Ukraine, who is from Kyiv region, was also recalled as praising Russian President-dictator Vladimir Putin in an interview with a Moscow-based online publication and calling for the seizure of the entire territory of Ukraine.

"In addition, in September 2023, Povaliy, at the invitation of the terrorist Pasichnyk, performed at a concert in the temporarily occupied Luhansk. Then, right from the stage, she spoke in support of the Russian invaders and heroized their participation in the war against Ukraine. An SBU-initiated examination confirmed the facts of the offender's subversive activities in favor of the aggressor country," the SBU said in a statement.

The above-mentioned evidence was enough for the SBU investigators to serve Povaliy a notice of suspicion in absentia under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: ч. 6 of Art. 111-1 (collaboration), Art. 436 (public calls for aggressive war), Part 1 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine).

Even though the collaborator lives in Russia and does not leave, the SBU is taking comprehensive measures to bring her to justice.

The investigation was conducted by the SBU in Vinnytsia region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office, the agency added.
