The comedian began his speech with "nice" words for Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper, then moved on to Harry and Meghan. Joe Coy mentioned the Golden Globe-nominated series The Heirs, which tells the story of a fictional family fighting for an inheritance, and The Crown, based on real events.

"The Heirs has nine nominations. It's just a great show about a rich, white, dysfunctional family that is intriguing - oh, wait, it's The Crown," he joked.

Coy did not stop there. "How great was Imelda Staunton in The Crown... Her image of the queen was so beautiful. Prince Harry called her and asked her for money," the host added.

He also joked about the Netflix documentary about the couple: "Prince Harry and Meghan will still be getting millions of dollars for doing absolutely nothing - and that's just from Netflix!"
