However, for her birthday, the 90s star can afford to enjoy a piece of sponge cake with cream. In 2022, Macpherson said she also follows a plant-based diet, and all her food is grown organically.

Over the years of her successful career, her approach to youth and beauty has changed. "I feel like we've really come to the realization that youth and beauty, which we always thought was inextricably linked, has changed to health and beauty," Macpherson explained.
