Stuck on the platform. Taylor Swift got into an embarrassment during a concert in Dublin
American singer Taylor Swift got into another embarrassment at her concert, part of The Eras Tour, in the Irish capital, Dublin. The platform on which the artist was performing did not lower, so the singer remained blocked at a height of about 1.5 meters.
However, a dancer named Jen Ravnick, who was on stage with Swift at the time, instantly reacted and ran over to help her get down. A video of the incident was posted on the social network X.
It shows how the platform and several steps to it begin to sink to the same level as the stage, but the one on which Taylor Swift was standing did not even move.
The singer showed her professionalism by continuing to perform as if this technical malfunction was a preliminary idea of the show. There was not a hint of panic in her voice and even when Swift came down from the platform, she continued to perform her track The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.
The singer was dressed in a fluffy white corset dress with inscriptions, and she wore a light jacket over her shoulders. A black choker was visible around her neck, and she wore the same velor gloves.
"Jen helps Taylor after a stage malfunction before TSMWEL [acronym for the song's title]! Taylor reacted so fast I was standing there like [frozen]," said the Swift fan who shared the video.
In the comments, other fans suggest that the team can foresee such things in advance and praise the singer for her professionalism:
- "Makes me wonder if they plan things like this."
- "They are the best professionals! I mean the whole cast, band and crew!"
- "I would have definitely panicked, jumped down, twisted my ankle with those heels and broken it."
- "The performers on stage must be able to adapt to any malfunction at that moment. "The show must go on."
- "Not all heroes wear capes..."
