Russia's missile strike on Kyiv fell on the "blogger's quarter": influencers told about the devastating consequences of the attack

Russian missile strike on Kyiv fell on the "blogger quarter"

On the morning of December 20, the Russians once again demonstrated their true colors and fired ballistic missiles at Kyiv. As a result of the falling debris, residential buildings were destroyed, eleven people were injured, and one Ukrainian was killed.

The morning shelling took place in the "blogger's quarter" of the capital, where many Ukrainian influencers live. On their social media accounts, Internet celebrities showed the consequences of the aggressor country's terrorist activities and shared their emotions.

Blogger Kateryna Moiseienko posted footage that, unfortunately, perfectly demonstrates modern Christmas in Ukraine. From the window of her apartment, where the Christmas tree is already decorated, one could see a bright flame and a column of smoke caused by the Russian shelling.

Mom-blogger Maryna Krasnoshchok showed her smashed apartment. The published photos show smashed windows, damaged furniture, and ruined children's toys. The woman admitted that she was most worried about the life of her daughter Rehina because before the attack she was sleeping right in front of the broken window.

"War, unfortunately, is a creature that takes everything from you. I was scared for Rehina the most. She is in shock, tears, hysteria, and cuts. You can see everything for yourself, the house is in shambles. But of course, we will rebuild everything. We will be left without windows in winter... Our lives are safe, thank God," she wrote.

The shop of Dariia Paziuk, better known online as Baba Dasha, also suffered considerable damage. The influencer said that a fire broke out right next to her shop.

Roman Svechkorenko, an Internet celebrity, also experienced a terrible morning. He noticed that the debris hit so close to his house that the windows in the building were shattered. Oleksandr Zalisko also experienced terrible feelings. The influencer admitted that this was the loudest morning of his life in the capital.

Dasha Kvitkova's day also began on an unpleasant note. According to the blogger, she had to grab her son and quickly run into the corridor because of the strong explosions. A piece of rubble fell right next to the house of model Kateryna Lozovytska.
