No longer a trend. Vlad Yama and Dmytro Stupka also "gave up" and returned to the Russian language

Dmytro Stupka spoke Russian, and Vlad Yama took the baton

The controversial Ukrainian choreographer Vlad Yama, who fled to the United States since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, has once again demonstrated his "patriotism" and spoken Russian. A few weeks ago, he decided to teach dance to residents of Miami, USA, in partnership with a Russian-speaking Ukrainian colleague, Maria Gnatenko, and now he has forgotten that he spoke Ukrainian until recently. It seems that he has taken over the "baton" from Dmytro Stupka, who, by the way, also lives abroad.

Vlad Yama probably speaks Russian exclusively in everyday life, and in InstaStories, where his comments in the language of the occupier appeared, he used to use either Ukrainian or Russian. This time, the choreographer reposted several videos of Maria Hnatenko promoting her dance studio in Russian and commented on the stories accordingly.

"About Friday: I knew it," "Double respect," "I think it's 11," he signed. Interestingly, the choreographer's voice can be heard in the videos themselves, where he speaks only English.

Until recently, stars were "drowned" for spreading the Ukrainian language in their work and public space, but now they are "deflating" because they seem to be tired of showing themselves in the mask of a sincere Ukrainian. Bright showbiz personalities are showing their true colors by reverting to Russian. Among them are pseudo-psychologist Spartak Subbota, TV presenter Ksenia Mishina, singer Oleg Kenzov, who is even organizing concerts with Russians, sincere patriot Svitlana Loboda, and singer Anastasia Prikhodko, who sometimes slips into Russian in addition to Ukrainian.

As we noted, actor Dmytro Stupka, who has been living with his daughter in the United States since 2021, also mentioned the heritage of the Russians and has been producing content in the language of the occupier for the past week. "Be vigilant!" he greeted his friend on InstaStories.

It is worth noting that on June 21, the actor posted a photo with his daughter on his page and captioned it in Russian. However, it seems that Stupka encountered hate from Ukrainians, which forced him to translate the entire text into the state language. This is evidenced by the "changed" icon next to the text.

The OBOZ.UA team tried to contact the actor for a comment and explanation of this situation, but faced complete ignorance of the request.

Earlier, Dmytro Stupka told OBOZ.UA what he is doing in the United States. It is known that he cannot continue his full-fledged career as an actor, but he agrees to offers to shoot commercials or to participate in certain events.

"I don't have a full-time job, so that I can go from morning to evening. It's not easy to get a good job here if you don't have a degree from an American educational institution, and you don't speak perfect English. But I have different part-time jobs: I work as a host, I act in commercials, in episodes. We try to do some business - we buy goods that we resell online. But in general, work is difficult. But my English is much better than before. I studied the language at school, when I was a student, and practiced here. Now I can speak it. Of course, I make mistakes, but, in general, Americans understand. My English is enough for everyday life," he said.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that singer Gaitana was hated because of the Russian language. She published a post on the social network written in the language of the occupying country and tried to justify herself. However, this did not help.
