Maxim Galkin responded in Ukrainian to the death of children as a result of the attack in Odesa and warned Russia of God's judgment

Maxim Galkin reacts in Ukrainian to the death of children as a result of the attack in Odesa

The famous Russian comedian, parodist and TV presenter Maxim Galkin, who has been openly condemning Russian aggression since the first days of the full-scale invasion, reacted powerfully and touchingly to the consequences of the Russian attack on Odesa on the night of March 2. He did so in Ukrainian.

As you know, another Russian terror attack in Odesa killed 12 civilians, five of whom were children. Galkin recalled that he himself spent his childhood in a Ukrainian city on the Black Sea, where he even went to school and learned Ukrainian. The artist posted the relevant post on his personal Instagram page.

Galkin accompanied his post with an archival photo of himself posing as a child with his mother. At the end of his memories of Odesa, as well as his grief for the dead little Ukrainians, the showman reminded Russians of the punishment that will surely overtake them for every innocent death.

"Odesa is my childhood. I studied Ukrainian at school in Odesa from the first grade. And the knowledge I still have of the language is also my Odesa childhood. But I can probably be criticized for not publicly grieving for all the dead children in the world. But every blow to Odesa hits me in the heart. Odesa, my heart is with you. My deepest condolences to the families of the victims. It is very bitter because of powerlessness. But no one has canceled God's judgment yet," Galkin wrote in Ukrainian.

As a reminder, on the third day after the Russian attack, which killed 12 civilians, people in Odesa continue to bring flowers, lamps, and toys to the destroyed high-rise building.
