Honored Artist of Ukraine Irma Vitovska shared her opinion on the Russian language from the younger generation of Ukrainians. The actress believes that a part of the Russian-speaking population of the country instills Ukrainophobia in children through "family traditions."

Vitovska spoke about this in an interview on the Yellow Sneakers YouTube channel with Yulia Borisko. According to the public figure, this happens because of the context that has long shaped young parents. "If they do nothing else, if they are encapsulated in that context and work for something, they are not creating. I mean, for themselves, for a ring, for their well-being, this is their zone," the actress explained.

According to the celebrity, such people do not aim to start something of their own, but instead join the usual traditions. "So they pass this habit on," the star continued, "No, of course, there is a certain percentage of convinced Ukrainophobes... The percentage of Ukrainophobia is stable. Because it is a long-standing family tradition to be Ukrainophobic." The position of such citizens is based on the belief that Russia did not attack their "particular ring."

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote about Irma Vitovska's explanation of why Ukrainians have returned to the Russian language. Despite the fact that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, many citizens switched to the nightingale language, the opposite trend can now be seen. According to the actress, the reason for this phenomenon is extremely simple.
