Horns and the devil's face: strange symbols found on the web in the portrait of King Charles

The official portrait of King Charles III has sparked a debate online. While some were impressed by the painting, others did not understand the innovative approach of artist Jonathan Yeo.

Netizens compared the red color of the portrait to blood. Some even saw the devil's face and horns. In particular, the creepy collage was published by Creepy.org on its page on the social network X.

The portrait, decorated with a red hue, depicts King Charles holding a sword pointing downward, accompanied by a butterfly resting on his right shoulder. Users compared the dominant red tones to images of the underworld. They also drew attention to the monarch's disturbing appearance.

According to the "conspiracy theorists," if you turn the portrait upside down and duplicate it, you can see Satan. If you don't turn it upside down, but simply combine the two images, you can also see a demonic face. The butterfly in the painting is considered a symbol of the immortality of the soul, and may also indicate that "a person is completely controlled by dark forces."
