Tomorrow, on September 12, the second part of the fourth season of the cult show "Emily in Paris" will be released on the Netflix streaming platform. The new episodes will feature French First Lady Brigitte Macron, who, according to the show's creators, will surprise us with her acting.
The wife of the French president will play herself in one of the episodes. According to The Guardian, Macron will be dressed in her clothes, "without any special requests" from the series, which is known for its stylish costumes.
The program's creator, Darren Star, told ELLE magazine that Mrs. Macron "has talent." According to Lily Collins, the lead actress in "Emily in Paris," the 71-year-old former teacher's cameo has been in the works for almost two years. "The idea ... came to us when Darren Star and I met her at the Elysee Palace in December 2022," Collins said.
