"Crimea is Donetsk region": millionaire blogger Yulia Verba got embarrassed by her "knowledge" of geography

Yulia Verba is embarrassed by her "knowledge" about Crimea

Yulia Verba, a blogger from Ivano-Frankivsk with millions of followers, has embarrassed herself with her "knowledge" of geography. The opinion leader and award-winning blogger has no idea how many regions there are in Ukraine or where the currently occupied Crimea is located.

The social media star was also unable to explain without prompting that the peninsula is an autonomous republic. The video appeared on the page of blogger Maria Pankiv.

Yulia Verba, who was "caught" on the street when asked how many regions her country was divided into, immediately warned that she did not know and was ashamed of it.

The blogger suggested that there are 25 regions in the country, but the interlocutor suggested that there are 24 and Crimea. However, Yulia Verba also did not know what Crimea is and where it is located.

"God, I don't know. It's a horror. I'm ashamed, but I don't know," the influencer lamented.

When asked what region it was, Verba first answered "Crimean" and then for some reason decided that the peninsula belonged to Donetsk region.

With some prompting, the blogger eventually remembered that the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is "a separate entity" and does not belong to any Ukrainian region.

Verba answered where Uzhhorod, Lutsk, and Mariupol are located on her own.

By the way, recently Ukrainian TV presenter and volunteer Serhii Prytula and comedian Anton Tymoshenko ridiculed Yulia Verba and other bloggers who practically do not cover the topic of war and assistance to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The influencer was offended by these words and later revealed that she had purchased a car for the military.

However, a Ukrainian intelligence officer with the call sign Prometheus noted that the equipment from the influencer was unusable and called it "a spit in the face of the military."
