In December 2023, Shannon claimed that her husband had left her on the eve of surgery and accused him of using her money for an "extravagant lifestyle." Isvarienko told his wife that he had been cheating on her with another woman for the past two years.

According to 7news, in the new documents, Doherty claims that she has been unable to work since 2022 due to cancer and is living off residual payments from reruns of her hit show "All Women Are Witches." "Due to my recurring health problems, I have been almost unable to work and have no prospects for future employment," she said in a statement.

The celebrity has already spent more than 21 thousand dollars (about 880 thousand hryvnias) on cancer treatment. Meanwhile, Isvarienko did not deny himself entertainment. "Kurt used a private jet, spending thousands of dollars on resorts, jewelry stores, Gucci, and flights for his 'agent' (mistress), while claiming he didn't have enough money to support me," Doherty writes in the documents.

The artist added that despite Kurt's income, he has never helped Shannon with child support, nor has he made any contributions to the star's attorneys' fees and expenses since the divorce suit was filed last April.
