Brad Pitt gives in: a high-profile case regarding custody of famous actors' children is coming to an end
The long-running legal battle between American stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who divorced in 2019, is coming to an end. According to their friends, the actor decided to give in on the issue of child custody.
Previously, six teenagers - Maddox, Shiloh, Knox, Vivienne, Zahara, and Pax - were minors, so Pitt wanted to take custody of three of them. As DailyMail has learned, the actor has dropped the lawsuit.
The litigation between the celebrities is expected to end by the summer. The actors have already been officially divorced, but the issue of children was still acute between them.
According to sources close to Jolie and Pitt, the reason for their conditional reconciliation was that three of their children have already crossed the 18-year mark, and another daughter, Shiloh, will be an adult in a month.
Thus, the Hollywood celebrities will be left with only two minor heirs, 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
The couple's older children - Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, and Zahara, 19 - are believed to be not very inclined to communicate with Brad Pitt after their quarrel with their mother on an airplane many years ago. If all goes well, the actor will be able to visit the younger children.
We would like to remind you that he and Angelina Jolie adopted three of the six heirs.
As you know, Pitt previously sued Jolie. The movie star accused his ex of secretly selling her share of the joint French estate and winery to Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler.
