Lady Amelia Windsor has built a successful career as a model and was even awarded the title of "Britain's most beautiful royal." She is the second daughter and youngest child of George Windsor, Earl of St. Andrews. Amelia also has an older sister, Lady Marina Windsor, and a brother, Edward Windsor. They are the cousins and brother of Princes William and Harry.

The 28-year-old beauty has more than 102 thousand followers on social networks. OBOZ.UA decided to find out who Amelia Windsor is and why she was recognized as the most beautiful royal person.

Amelia attended St. Mary's School in Ascot, after graduating from which she went to explore India and Thailand for a while. Upon returning to the UK, she began studying French and Italian at the University of Edinburgh.

Lady Amelia's royal pedigree and model-like appearance helped her to take to the catwalk, appear on the cover of Tatler and become a regular participant in London Fashion Week. She first attracted attention at the Queen's 90th birthday celebration in 2016. Dressed in a pleated black and white Chanel dress, the Englishwoman was recognized for her sophisticated and elegant style - she appeared on the best dressed list and now regularly appears there after attending public royal events.

The young royal has an unwavering love for fashion, Instagram, and a passion for eco-conscious style, which is rapidly gaining popularity around the world. In addition, as we have already mentioned, Amelia has studied and continues to study French and Italian. It seems that she chose this direction for a reason, too, in order to easily conquer the world's fashion capitals - Paris and Milan.

Dolce & Gabbana, Bulgari, Azzedine Alaia - these are just a few of the major world-famous fashion houses that Amelia has worked for. Her refined facial features, large eyes and lips, fair skin, and ability to pose did the trick.

In addition to her appearance, Lady Amelia can boast of impeccable taste. She really knows how to create stylish outfits by combining seemingly incompatible things and colors. She likes modernity more than classics. However, her style remains refined and "royal" at public events.

Amelia's favorite brands are Burberry, Alexander McQueen, and J.W. Anderson, designers known for their cutting-edge cuts and modern approach to fashion. The girl said that one of the main sources of her style is her aunt, Lady Helen Windsor, who was Giorgio Armani's muse for 17 years. However, Amelia can also find inspiration on the street. She says she is inspired by other people's images and interesting ideas, and then creates something of her own.

However, Amelia's true passion is eco-conscious style. She once said in one of her interviews: "We all know about the huge plastic crisis and its impact on our planet. Fashion plays a key role in this, but there are also ways we can fight it. In this sense, Stella McCartney is a role model, because in her collection she focuses on the fact that it is possible to be environmentally sustainable and stylish. This should be what everyone is looking for when they shop now."

With her fashion sense and strong environmental stance, Amelia decided to launch her own clothing collection. She did it in tandem with the designer-artist Penelope Chilvers in mid-2018.

Their collection was created for a good cause - 20% of the proceeds were donated to the Children of War charity, which is very close to Amelia's heart. She said: "The work that they do is really important because war is one of the biggest horrors that happens in the world."

Interestingly, Lady Amelia and Lady Marina were not invited to the wedding of their cousin Prince Harry and his beloved Meghan Markle. As insiders reported at the time, the girls were a little surprised to be ignored, because they were looking forward to the wedding of the year.

"Amelia has made a name for herself through modeling and Instagram posts. Perhaps Harry just wanted to limit the circle of invited relatives, or perhaps he didn't want anyone to outshine the bride," sources said at the time.

At the same time, Amelia attended the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, and also attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022.
