Occupants in Crimea panicked, smoke is visible in the Kerch Bay area: what is happening

On the afternoon of April 15, Russians used special camouflage means in the Kerch Bay area of the temporarily occupied Crimea – there is a smoke screen there. The invaders' air defense system is also operating on the peninsula.

Russian Telegram channels announced the possibility of Ukrainian forces using the Neptune anti-ship missile. Other channels report that Storm Shadow/Scalp cruise missiles are approaching Sevastopol. Alarms are being raised on the peninsula.

The Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported that an alarm was sounded in Sevastopol, and aircraft were lifted into the air from airfields to protect them from being hit on the ground. This information was also confirmed by activists of the Atesh military movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine not only has all the legal and moral rights to destroy the so-called Crimean Bridge but will use them. The destruction of the Kerch Bridge may take place this year.

"The issue is not the Kerch Bridge, which everyone is talking about. We are talking about several infrastructure things that are military targets. It's not just the bridge, it's also the airfields from which the planes take off," Zelenskyy said.
