"They have packed looted things and stocked up on civilian clothes": occupants in Kherson region are preparing for a "gesture of goodwill" - Humeniuk

The occupiers are actively preparing for another "gesture of goodwill"

In the Kherson region, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have spotted active defense activities of the occupiers. The Russian military is preparing civilian clothes for camouflage and has even managed to pack up the property looted from Ukrainian homes.

This was stated by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces, during the national telethon "United News". It seems that the occupiers are actively preparing for another "gesture of goodwill".

The Ukrainian military recorded active defensive activities of Russian troops in the captured part of Kherson region, where the enemy is setting up defensive lines and mining the coast on the left bank, preparing for the next "gesture of goodwill."

"They are really busy with the engineering arrangement of the frontiers - the first, second and third - and are trying to mine areas that may be dangerous for them," said Humeniuk during the telethon.

She also added that the enemy is trying to mine almost the entire coastline on the left bank of the Kherson region.

"This is, as the people of Kherson on the right bank say, a folk sign - they are definitely preparing for another 'gesture'. The fact that they have packed up looted property, sent it away, stocked up on civilian clothes and are now taking such actions clearly indicates that they are preparing," said a representative of the press center of the Southern Defense Forces.

Earlier, Humeniuk said that Russia continues to keep two submarines with eight Kalibr missiles in the Black Sea. According to her, Russian terrorists continue to keep the remnants of the Black Sea Fleet at a missile-safe distance.

Earlier, OBOZREVATEL reported, that the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to significantly push the occupiers on the Kinburn Spit. Occasionally, the occupiers go there to mark their presence and fire on the Dnipro-Bug estuary, but there is no steady presence of the enemy in this area.
