Crimea is an occupied territory alien to Russia, where there are hostilities and a full-scale war. Therefore, there are no "beaches", "tourist zones" or other fictitious signs of "peaceful life" there.

This opinion was shared on Telegram by Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, commenting on the explosions in Sevastopol on June 23. Then, Russian air defense shot down a missile right over the beach, where people were staying.

Podolyak emphasized that Russia unleashed the war solely for genocidal and aggressive purposes.

"Crimea is also a large military camp and warehouse, with hundreds of direct military targets, which the Russians are cynically trying to disguise and cover with their civilians. Who, in turn, are civilian occupiers," the PO representative wrote.

As reported by OBOZ.UA:

– "Cotton" visited Sevastopol around noon on June 23. The occupiers did not raise the alarm for the population.

– Military analysts studied the photo of the wreckage of the missile that was shot down over Sevastopol. They concluded that it was not an ATACMS that fell on the beach in the village of Uchkuyevka. It was the wreckage of Russian Tor anti-aircraft missiles used in air defense.

– The Institute of War Studies noted that after the incident in Sevastopol, Russian "military officials" began to criticize their own.
