Something went wrong: a "cotton explosion" occurred in Belgorod due to missiles launched at Ukraine. Video.
On the night of March 14, a "cotton" occurred in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. The invaders launched three missiles at Ukraine, but at least two of them "decided" to stay at home and fell before reaching the border.
The relevant videos were posted on Telegram channels. According to local media, the first of the missiles flew very low, the second one self-destructed, probably hitting an object, and the third one hit its target (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Meanwhile, the acting governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on the alleged work of air defense.
"There are no casualties. As for the destruction: now the administration will make house-to-house visits, and if there is any, we will immediately start restoring it," he said.
Earlier, residents of the Belgorod region of Russia asked to stop shelling Ukraine from the territory of their region. At the same time, they have nothing against the war that Russia has unleashed in our country, they just want it to not affect them.
In their appeal, the Russians ask "to initiate the issue of termination missile attacks on the territory of Ukraine from the Belgorod region at the highest state level." They complain that after such strikes, they are followed by an answer from Ukrainians "due to their close location".
As OBOZREVATEL reported:
- The Belgorod region of Russia have fenced off from Ukraine with defensive structures, which are also called 'dragon's teeth'. The concrete pyramids cost $138 million;
- "Mobiks" (a Ukrainian word for Russian conscript invaders) in the Belgorod region, who found themselves on the front line in Donbas, don't want to fight under the command of the so-called "DPR" army. After their unit suffered heavy losses, they refused to storm the positions of the Ukrainian army.
