Russia has a plan to commit a provocation at Kursk NPP: DIU provides details

Russia does have a scenario for a provocation at the Kursk nuclear power plant. However, the question is whether the Kremlin will decide to issue an order to implement it.
Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, said this on the air of the United News telethon. He noted that the Russian terrorist regime has a well-developed scenario for this provocation.
"Such scenarios have been precisely developed and prepared for implementation in the aggressor country by its terrorist military and political leadership," Yusov said.
He also stressed that the practice of terror against its own population and civilian objects is not new to the regime of dictator Vladimir Putin.
According to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Kremlin may intend to conduct a provocation at the Kursk nuclear power plant in order to increase the level of mobilisation, internal political processes and support.
"This scenario, its development is not a story of today. This is a long-standing plan. And the question now is the final decision and the command - whether and when it will be given," he stressed.
Yusov noted that the occupiers usually cannot adequately assess the consequences of such terrorist attacks. In particular, they demonstrated this during the bombing of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station. At the same time, the impact of the provocation at the Kursk nuclear power plant, if the occupiers decide to do so, will be felt primarily by Russian citizens.
"Therefore, the question to the population of the Russian Federation is: how are they ready to take measures to counteract such intentions of the people who usurped power, or to continue to endure and just watch the events unfold, saying that "everything is going according to plan", Yusov concluded.
Earlier it was reported that the Russians may be planning a provocation at the Kursk NPP. They are currently preparing to evacuate the population from the area of possible radioactive contamination. The National Resistance Centre has obtained the relevant information. Reportedly, if the provocation is carried out, Russia will leave most residents of the region to their fate.
