At the BRICS summit in Kazan, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that Russia allegedly wants to end the "conflict" in Ukraine "as soon as possible and preferably by peaceful means." According to the head of the aggressor state, this should happen by Kyiv fulfilling all of Moscow's demands, including giving up the Ukrainian regions partially occupied by Russia.

Putin also said that in September of this year, at the UN General Assembly, Ukraine allegedly passed a certain proposal to Russia through Turkey. The dictator was quoted by RIA Novosti propagandists.

Speaking to journalists who came to Kazan from different countries (including "unfriendly ones," as Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova emphasized), Putin once again began to build the image of a "peaceful" country for Russia, which has launched an aggressive full-scale war.

According to him, Russia, like other BRICS members, is allegedly determined to "end the conflict as soon as possible and preferably by peaceful means."

The dictator is impressed by the proposal of China and Brazil, which provides for the cessation of hostilities and the neutral status of Ukraine. In addition, Putin wants to force Ukraine to give up part of its territory occupied by Russian troops.

According to him, Moscow is "ready to consider any options based on the realities on the ground."

"And we are not ready for anything else," the head of the aggressor state added.

Putin also revealed that in September, during a session of the UN General Assembly, Kyiv allegedly sought contacts with Moscow and passed on a certain proposal through a Turkish representative. The latter informed the Kremlin of the information he had received. The dictator did not say what this "offer" was, but instead again accused Ukraine of unwillingness to negotiate.

"The very next day, Ukraine again declared its refusal to hold any negotiations. After that, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced another "victory plan" at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, confirming his unwillingness to engage in dialogue," RIA Novosti propagandists write.

At the same time, Putin revealed that the Ukrainian authorities allegedly do not want to end the war in order to avoid holding elections that are to take place after the martial law regime is lifted.

"Apparently, they are not ready for this. The ball is in their court," the dictator said.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko hinted that he would not fight against Ukraine. He also questioned Putin's efforts to attract soldiers from the DPRK. According to Lukashenko, Russian troops do not need help, and if a third country's military forces are involved, NATO will allegedly deploy its troops in Ukraine in response.
