"Bavovna" was a success: the Ukrainian armed forces destroyed 3 BK depots in the Tavrichesk direction and mined out the occupant company

Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 18 attacks by Russian invaders in the Tavricheskiy direction. The defenders also destroyed three ammunition depots and disabled 25 units of the enemy's weapons and military equipment.

The brigadier general stated that the Russians continue to focus their main efforts on carrying out offensive actions in the Avdiivka and Maryinskoye directions. "Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked us 18 times, had no success, and withdrew. Using tanks, multiple rocket launchers, and small arms artillery, the enemy is shelling the positions of our units and settlements bordering the line of contact. A total of 428 shellings were recorded in the Tauride direction during the day. Units of the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces in the Tavrian direction during the day performed 752 firing tasks," noted the commander of the Tavria FGSU.

Thus, on the previous day, Ukrainian soldiers were engaged in counter-battery warfare, as well as practicing the previously identified targets.

Already traditionally the enemy suffered tangible losses.

"The enemy's losses in killed and wounded amounted to more than a company. 25 units of the enemy's weapons and military equipment were destroyed and damaged. The losses included 4 armored infantry fighting vehicles, 1 APC, 4 rocket launchers BM-21 Grad, 2 Zala UAVs, a Tor-M2 SAM system, MLB, an armored repair and recovery vehicle, and vehicles. Three enemy ammunition depots were also destroyed," Tarnavsky said.

As a reminder, the day before, the AFU had neutralized another 750 occupants and 15 enemy artillery systems at the front. By the morning of May 12, Russia's irrecoverable losses in manpower reached 197,760 servicemen.
