In the occupied city of Dovzhansk, Luhansk region (now the occupiers call the city by its old name Sverdlovsk), a Russian military truck exploded right on the highway entering the city. The truck was carrying ammunition. The circumstances of the explosion are unknown.

Local residents say that the truck was on fire near the Sverdlovsk stele and that the ammunition detonated for some time during the fire. None of the attendants survived.
