What to quickly prepare with phyllo dough for lunch: everyone will like it
Phyllo dough is a great base for a hearty meal. This product can be used to make a delicious pie that will be enough for the whole family. You don't have to knead anything, which will save you a lot of time.
The idea of making a quick and hearty phyllo pie for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ilona Shevchuk (thefoodhub.by ilona). It is baked for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 6 pcs
- boiled chicken thighs without skin and bones - 4-5 pcs
- small carrots - 2 pcs
- large onion - 1 pc
- melted butter - 80 g
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- broth - 2-3 tbsp (add it to the carrots and onions at the end of cooking)
- salt, pepper - to taste
- seeds for decoration
Cooking method:
1. Chop the onion and carrot.
2. Fry in a pan greased with vegetable oil.
3. Add sugar and a little broth from the boiled chicken meat.
4. Chop the cooked meat and combine with the roast.
5. Beat everything with a blender.
6. Roll the dough out and brush with egg.
7. Roll it up.
10. Put the formed roll in a mold, grease with butter and sprinkle with seeds
11. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
