The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and juicy chicken cutlets made with zucchini and sour cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Zucchini - 350 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Dill - to taste
- Sour cream - 2 tsp
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper, turmeric - to taste
- Butter - for baking
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, add salt, and leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess liquid.
2. Blend the onion with the dill in a blender, and add the sour cream (2 tsp) to the onion and dill.
3. Add the egg to the minced meat, chopped onion, and dill with sour cream, salt, pepper, and turmeric, and mix.
4. Fry the cutlets in a preheated frying pan until golden brown. Then transfer the cutlets to a baking dish, add a little butter, and bake for 25 minutes at 200 C.
